CLAMPS CONNECTING COMPRESSING TYPE SAS

NOMINATION:

To connect the steel-aluminum conductors 185mm2 and above. The clamp sleeve and core are compressed by hexahedral dies of those used for strain clamps. Core, that connect conductor steel part, section profile has the same structure like sleeve profile. Sleeve of connecting clamp and core mounting by pressing hexagonal matrices with hydraulic presses. Clamps meet TU 3449-005-40064547-01.

NOMINATION:

For connection of aluminum wire diameter from 5,1 to 17,5 mm and a steel-aluminum wire diameter from 4,5 to 19,6 mm (except for cables with a reinforced steel core), assembled by twisting. Before mounting the ends of the wires clear of dirt and oxides according to the instructions on the connection wires and injected into the coupling clamp toward each other lap. To ensure reliable wire connections must be made 4-4,5 turnover in the adaptation of MI-189A for conductors with sectional area 35 mm and by MI-230A for conductors with sectional area to 185 mm.
