PHANTOM is a handheld, compact and lightweight camera system which operates according to the principle of laser range gated imaging.

PHANTOM is designed to observe the surrounding locality and to detect optical counter surveillance (active and passive) under limited visibility conditions (fog, rain, snowfall, full darkness and etc.), light interference, high ambient light level and other visual obfuscation. The camera can be mounted on the tripod or pan & tilt unit. The camera is remote PC controllable.
